QOL Rewards Monthly Raffle and Member Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The Monthly Raffle and the Member Giveaway (each a "Promotion") are run by Aeocraft LLC, the owner and operator of the QOL network ("Sponsor"). Contact: support@qol.one.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live, if older) and who have a QOL Rewards account at rewards.qol.one with a verified QOL ID. Employees and contractors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate households, may not win. One QOL Rewards account per person and per email address. Each entrant confirms their eligibility in the app before their first entry.

3. Entry periods

Each Promotion runs in monthly rounds. The first round runs from October 27, 2026 at 00:00 UTC to November 30, 2026 at 23:59:59 UTC. Each later round runs from 00:00 UTC on the first day of a calendar month to 23:59:59 UTC on its last day. Sponsor's server clock is the official clock.

4. How to enter

Monthly Raffle. Every eligible member can claim one free entry each round in the app with a single tap, without spending points. Members may also enter by redeeming Rewards points that were earned through free activities (daily check-ins, the daily cards, quests, weekly goals, the monthly contest and referrals): 100 points for 1 entry, 500 points for 6 entries, 1,000 points for 15 entries. Points earned from purchases cannot be used for entries. A member may hold up to 50 entries per round.

Member Giveaway. No points are used. An eligible member who checks in on 10 or more days of a round receives 1 entry, 20 or more days 2 entries, and 28 or more days 3 entries. Check-ins are free.

Automated, scripted or bulk entries, and entries from more than one account per person, are void.

5. Prizes

• Monthly Raffle: 1 prize per round. A single-use promotion code worth $10.99 off each of the first three monthly payments of a new QOL+ membership (approximate retail value $32.97).
• Member Giveaway: 3 prizes per round. Each is a single-use promotion code worth $10.99 off the first payment of a new QOL+ membership (approximate retail value $10.99 each, $32.97 in total).

Total approximate retail value of all prizes per round: $65.94. A winner who already has an active QOL+ membership receives Rewards points instead: 10,500 points for the Raffle prize, 4,000 points for a Giveaway prize. Points have no cash value. Prizes are not transferable and have no cash alternative. Promotion codes expire 90 days after they are issued. Winners are responsible for any taxes.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in the round. Each entry has an equal chance of being drawn.

7. Drawing

Winners are drawn automatically within 24 hours after each round ends. Before a round opens to entries, Sponsor generates a random secret seed and publishes its SHA-256 hash (the commitment) on the Winners page. At the draw, the eligible entries are written as one list, one line per member ("member id:number of entries", sorted by member id), and the SHA-256 of that list is published as the entries hash. A pseudo-random generator seeded with SHA-256(seed + ":" + entries hash) picks winners one at a time, weighted by entries, and no member can win more than one prize in the same Promotion and round. After the draw, the seed, the entries hash, the entry list and the full draw order are published, so anyone can check that the seed matches the commitment and repeat the draw.

8. Winner notification and claiming

Winners are announced in the QOL Rewards app (the Winners page and the winner's own Rewards page). Sponsor does not notify winners by email. A winner claims a prize by opening it in the app within 30 days of the draw. If a prize is not opened in time, it is forfeited, its code is switched off, and the prize passes to the next member in the published draw order who has not already won in that Promotion and round.

9. General

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who breaks these rules or tampers with the Promotion, and may cancel, suspend or change a Promotion if it cannot run as planned for reasons beyond its control, in which case it may draw from the eligible entries received before that point. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures that prevent an entry or a claim. Winners' public names (never emails) are shown on the Winners page.

10. Privacy

Entries are tied to the entrant's QOL Rewards account. The published entry list uses internal account ids, never names or emails. Personal data is used only to run the Promotion and the QOL Rewards program.

11. Winners list

The winners of every round stay listed on the Winners page at rewards.qol.one. For questions, write to support@qol.one.
